A nine hour fast will more than suffice for a CMP. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

I ALWAYS FAST AT LEAST 10 -12 HOURS BEFORE THE TEST TO MAKE SURE MOST IF NOT ALL CHEMICALS, FLUIDS OR OTHER INGREDIENTS ARE NOT PRESENT. ALSO DON'T TAKE ANY PILLS OR MEDICATION BEFORE TEST AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO EAT OR DRINK RIGHT AFTER TEST.
