Has someone proposed you check your glutathione levels? This would be quite difficult as it would involve atypical values from spinal fluid. There is no reliable way to assess "healthy glutamate/ glutamic acid functions" outside of basic research labs.

Glutathione levels, if you could measure those, are not diagnostic of anything. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
