Tamsulosin is a prescription item and not available OTC. You should be able to easily use your prescription at a warehouse club such as Costco or Sam's Club, and encounter only a modest fee for a generic equivalent.

No. You can try going to a Urology clinic at a med school or one in your area, for there are many who see pt.s with no insurance.
