Do not mess around with this at home at 6 months! Close your computer now and get her to nearest ER or OB unit for assessment of whether she is in true labor, or has something going on,like a UTI, that could induce premature labor. GO NOW...!!

You have done the right things so far, but it is time to look for help. Her somnolence is abnormal and significant medical conditions may be at the root. Her Ob-Gyn doc should be aware and a trip to the local ER should be next.
