Burn/Biling Water: It depends on degree and area of burn.Ist degree burns only need ice locally immidiately after burn is caused, if there are blisters you need to see your doctor, will need silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) cream locally and to prevent infection.And you can take over the counter pain med get it checked by your doctor.

See a doctor: That sounds like a severe burn and you'll need medical attention. Do not open any blisters, as they are protecting you from infection. Good luck.
