I am 30 weeks pregnant, and i got a foot massage the other day. the guy was kinda rough on my leg,&i started feeling sick & started cramping. now the past few days i have been cramping bad,almost like contractions. could he have triggered something ?

30w pregnant?'s: At 30w of pregnancy, cramping abdominal pain needs evaluation by your OB physician. The foot massage did not cause your symptoms.

Contact OB provider: Quite unlikely that the foot massage would trigger contractions but no matter what happened you need to contact your obstetrician for evaluation right away to evaluate the baby’s heart rate & movement & see if any other triggers exist (urinary tract infection, etc)
