Poison oak or ivy?: That's a tough one! Depending on where you live and what you have been doing, any number of causes might explain your symptoms. If you live in the US, and have been outdoors lately, exposure to poison oak or ivy often results in the kind of rash you're describing. Maybe try a topical hydrocortisone cream and see if that helps. If not, then a more detailed history and exam are in order. Good luck!
