I am not aware about any formal ban against wearing a beard for medical professionals. Of course, that can create significant technical problems when on respiratory isolation and a hood is typically needed in clinical encounters.

Of course. I have had a beard for the 50 years that I have been a doctor. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
