A member asked:

Healthcare worker. colleague tested positive on monday. i started self isolation. i got tested yesterday and result is negative. can i stop self isolation now?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

14 days: Self quanttine for 14 days and if you get any symptoms, get tested, other wise get test at 14 days and if it is negative you can terminate isolation. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
