We have no access to or information about healthcare sites around the world where this site can be seen. It appears that your country has an online screening tool and instructs you to have a local doc provide referral documents to be screened.

In South Africa a medical provider will determine need for COVID 19 testing. Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine for individual consultations. There are free apps to look at your risk.
