Metyrapone: It is generally recommended to give metyrapone 30mg/kg body weight or maximum 2 gms for a person <70Kg weight at around mid-night and then perform blood test in the morning. You are getting the maximum dose 3 gms that is generally given to people who weigh >70 kg. Please discuss it with your doctor.
