I had a baby 7 weeks ago. during pregnancy i experience numbness in my vaginal and around the anal area. i had an mri at 30 weeks to check for cauda equina. it came back clear. im experience same again. weak legs. could it just be from pregnancy?

Depending on the size of your baby at birth, and the method of delivery (forceps, vacuum suction, etc.) sciatic and other nerves can be injured, but usually will regenerate function within months of delivery. Permanent injury, however, of peripheral nerves may cause the numbness you have noted.
