Nerve entrapment: Sounds like nerve entrapment by compression or a previous scar such as an episiotomy. Nerves such as the sciatic, pudendal or perineal nerve can be responsible for the symptoms you describe. See a neurologist as well.

See neurologist: You need to follow-up with a neurologist to see what is causing the numbness. It could be a nerve compression, not necessarily in your spine but could be between abdominal fascia by the iliac crest.
