Stroke or MS: Sudden weakness & numbness is worrisome for stroke. Think fast: face, arms, speech & time. Obviously someone didn't think that you're having a stroke. Multiple sclerosis comes to mind in young caucasian females especially those living in northern latitudes. But the best person to answer your question is the doc who ordered the test! ask him/her what s/he hoped to find.
