Whenever you are ready to psychologically close. Circumstances were extremely low risk for STD’s and the interval you got checked for is enough to assess for infection, providing you got checked for all. If having symptoms, seeing your doc will be recommended as other conditions unrelated to above encounter remain possible.

A 4th gen test at 4 months after exposure is essentially conclusive. Especially considering that your exposure was low risk. Just to be sure, get an HIV nucleic acid test at 6 months after exposure. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
