Things to ponder: STD germs pass by direct skin to skin contact or in sexual fluids. The chances of getting transfer in a hand job are minimal, but if her hands had her body fluids on them or cuts, regular or blood borne STD's could transfer. You touching any surface on her body that had sexual fluids and then touching your genitals could transfer germs. In short, risk may be minimal but some remains.
