I just had my 1st covid vaccine shot (pfizer) and i feel zoned out, chest feels heavy, feel kind of out of it and feel funny. is this anxiety? worried of side effects and adverse reactions. i had the shot an hour ago?

Don't blame anxiety for all the symptoms. However, most major incidents post vaccination happen in the first thirty minutes so you are probably safe. Make sure some people are around you for now and continue to observe the symptoms. If the chest tightness persists, especially if there is associated dyspnea (short of breath or short winded) you should be checked by a healthcare personnel.
