I had covid back in april. i had my first covid vaccine (pfizer) about 46 hours ago. am i in the clear for any serious adverse effects from the vaccine? what should i be on the look out for?

You had the vaccine almost 2 days so you passed all most of major adverse effects. You should not worry at all at this time. If I were you, I would take only one dose and that is more than enough.
