Are sense of nerves/muscles vibrating or twiching inside foot, part of rls ? i have been diagnosed with rls, i get this mini twiching of muscles/nerves in my both foot intermittently, i also get burning sensation in both legs occasionally in evening?

The symptoms you have experienced are not typical for RLS, more of peripheral neuropathy. Do you have any other underlying medical condition?

See a neurologist, as you could very well possess a peripheral neuropathy, which can, on occasion be a co-morbidity with RLS. An EMG/NCS should reveal what is occurring. Dopamine agonists may assist the RLS problems, but you need to uncover the full spectrum causing your symptoms.
