What can cause pain in my elbow feels like when u hit funny bone- but been there for a few days- makes my upper arm twitch, muscle knots in back too?

Nerve symptoms: Several conditions that effect peripheral nerve function (entrapment at the elbow (cubital tunnel syndrome) or cervical radiculopathy - more likely the latter if you also have twitching in forearm more than hand and knots in the back. Sometimes anatomical entrapment at the thoracic outlet (where nerves and vessels leave the chest/neck to the arm can cause those symptoms too).
