This is similar to your other question. You were not at risk for HIV from this event. And your negative HIV test 4 weeks after the event is highly reliable, although not quite conclusive. If you would like a conclusive blood test, have an HIV antigen-antibody (AgAb, "4th generation", "duo") 6 weeks after the event. In the meantime, don't worry: you were at little or no risk.

Your risk of getting HIV is low. To be sure get a HIV nucleic acid test at 6 months after the incident.
