How to differentiate between neuropathic itch from normal body itch?? i am having random itchiness in my body without any rash or lesions. when i scratch for relief, i sense its happening somewhere in middle layer of skin, its not that usual itch?

Obtain a full evaluation from your doctor including basic blood studies, and see a dermatologist if required. I have no clue what you mean by a "neuropathic itch".
