There can be drug interactions between these three medicines, particularly between the Lexapro and the Prozac. They can be used at the same time, but I need to be closely observed by the person who is doing the prescribing. Do not put yourself on this medication’s together, and be sure to let the prescribing physician know that you were taking the other medications. Good luck.
