I went to my opthamologist and i have blocked tear ducts. she said i need a conjunctival bx particularly from the right lower fornix to rule out any possibility of other causes. would this be eye cancer or what else could it be? i am worried?

You should not worry about cancerous lesion. Likely, biopsy is done to ruled out vascular inflammation which causes the tear duct blockage. Your eye physician probably suspected that condition when she did the eye exam.
