Round hard lump on my right lower eyelid, on the lacrimal duct for almost 2 months. ophthalmologist says its a chalazion. my under eye is very dry. the lump does not hurt, it has some yellow inside the eyelid. still worried it could be malignant?

You should trust your ophthalmologist. Chalazion is easily recognized so I doubt of any misdiagnosis. Take care.

Very unlikely at your age that this could be malignant. It is most likely a chalazion which is the lids formation of a cyst to isolate the inflammation of a stye. Chalazia are benign and will not affect the vision or eye health. They can be removed by your ophthalmologist if you are bothered by the appearance.
