If you had a negative mds and aml panel chromosome and fish panel in 2021 can those panels be positive one year later? still having anemia low platelets low white cell. no spleen enlargement. dr. believes it is myelofibrosis?

They may have new tests up use every once in a while. Sometimes it is not possible to say for certain what you have until it evolves some more. Time will tell. As one of my old professors used to say: I never told you medicine is easy. In the mean time I would find something you like and can do and do it. Worrying usually does not help.
