MANY OR MOST ATHLETIC PERFORMANCES REQUIRE CONTROLLED BREATHING OR USE OF VOICE. A SORE THROAT WILL CAUSE SOME DISCOMFORT OR PAIN BUT A TRUE WARRIOR WILL PREVAIL. NO PAIN ,NO GAIN.
