what to do if i have a sore throat today and i have two musical performances tomorrow and i don't have a mic or anything. anyone know how to fix this?

Don't overdo it: To prevent hoarseness, and soreness, you need to drink plenty of fluids and this means water. Avoid dehydrating drinks such as caffeinated beverages and avoid antihistamines for allergies. Do not overdo it with talking or singing for prolonged periods. Do not clear your throat. If you have acid reflux, that needs to be treated with appropriate rx.
