Sorry, we could not give prescription in this forum. If pain becomes intolerable even with antibiotic and ibuprofen, you need to call your doctor or go to urgent care. If you are healthy otherwise, you can take up to 800 mg of ibuprofen, three to 4 times a day as needed with full stomach. One tablet of ibuprofen OTC is only 200 mg.

What you needn't is treatment, not pills. Antibiotics will take up to 3days to begin to control your infection, but will not cure it. Pain killers will mask symptoms as your infection worsens. You need immediate direct dental care, something your Physician cannot provide. Please call a Dentist for appropriate care.
