Yes: As long as it gets better. Sometimes dental abscess can spread to jaw, mouth, and neck so if it worsens or spreads see ent.

Get Referred: When a dr. Is unavailable there is usually a covering doctor. You would be best served to visit that covering doctor for an evaluation. Just taking an antibiotic may or may not be sufficient to protect you from the infection getting worse. Call your doctor for the referral.

no: Not ok to wait but if you have no choice antibiotics may or may not help. If you have a swelling on the face that gets bigger you may need to go to emergency.

Delayed RCT: If i were the patient, i would do my best to find another endodontist (or general dentist who is proficient in rct) instead of waiting two weeks. The longer you wait, the more the risk. No way to know whether it will be a problem or not... Waiting until your dentist can see you. Your tooth, your money, your choice. Make sure you stay on the antibiotics until seen and advised to stop taking it.
