It has been shown that "skips" or premature beats can be present in an otherwise normal heart. The last part of your question regarding "tiny,tiny flutter". You should discuss this with your doctor to see whether he would recommend further testing. Getting a detailed history and an examination would be useful for further interpretation. Good luck.
