High heart rate : You are using a term called " flutter" which is a diagnosis of an abnormal heart arrhythmia. Did you mean palpitations? The heart rate can go up when exercising and as a result of fever, pain, exercise, anxiety, thyroid problems, dehydration, severe anemia. You need answers to this concern ASAP. Ask about heart monitoring for 24 hours to 2 weeks.
