PVC's in the presence of structural heart disease can be very serious&should be investigated by a cardiologist who specializes in electrophysiology. Abnormalities of myocardial contraction as well as presence of coronary artery disease favor serious&complex ventricular arrhythmias. Tests: Outpatient monitoring, echocardiogram, EKG,treadmill stress testing&possible pinpointing where PVC's emanate
