PVCs are not necessarily serious if the heart is structurally normal. You description of fibrosis in the heart muscle is indicative of prior damage and needs further evaluation by a cardiologist. Follow up evaluation is important. On occasion reports of this kind are erroneous and need to be verified by an experienced cardiologist. Please follow up.
