Had pvcs for 10 years. echocardiogram normal, ecg normal, cardiac mri normal. usually get 10 or less per day. when i lift weights at gym i get pvcs should i be worried? just turned 30?

Perhaps a visit to a cardiologist would help; the evaluation might include a search for the underlying cause of the PVC's; in addition, a stress test could determine whether exercise increases or decreases the frequency of PVC's.

If all the tests that you mention were normal, it is reassuring and I would suggest no further testing. I assume you are not taking any other medications or health supplements and that you do not smoke, all of which could be a source of skipped beats. Please discuss with your doctor. Premature beats are common in otherwise healthy people and the numbers you describe are minimal. Good luck.
