Thoracic Surgery 39 years experience
Old injury?: Possible prior injury or damage that has scarred. What is overall ventricular function? Exercise is still
Probably a good idea but would follow with cardiologist to evaluate rhythm issues and possible need for treatment. Definitely avoid smoking and manage blood pressure but long term follow up a must to maximize your capabilities.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
