Suggest, first, contact your doctor and perhaps see today, as ER may not be the best choice, and your doctor can decide how aggressive to become, based upon your examination as compared to prior findings. Etiology of pain may not be due to prior surgery, and might be kidney stone, infection, etc. This requires diagnosis to move in effective direction.
