Unlikely: I suspect you may be constipated and have cramping pains from that. Try water, MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) and gentle walking.

Possibly Related: Sometimes post op pain with decreased activity or inactivity and use of narcotic pain meds leads to constipation symptoms and one can get a stress ulcer or gastritis post op - rarely in a disectomy if done here, an instrument can be inadvertently placed into the space behind the GI tract that can cause an issue- see your surgeon.
