6 months ago i had a l4 l5 laminectomy i'm about to go ino surgery again for the same problem what are the pros and cons i'm having doubts it will wor?

Second surgery: Pro's- relieve pain, improve strength, take pressure off nerve, can be very effective. Con's- more scar tissue, possible spinal fluid leak, remove more disk and cause more disk collapse, possible need for fusion, general risks of surgery.
