Take B12 injection. Ginko will not do any harm nor will it do any good. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Ingestion of a reliable brand of B-12 is fine, and should assist your relative deficiency, but injectable B-12 might be more reliable. Do not understand why Ginkgo Biloba would play any role. It is a complete waste of money, and has never been proven to help any condition. Your doctor can help explain further.
