A member asked:

Is 420.8 pg/ml of vitamin b12 low in blood ? does this need a supplement ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Donald Colantino answered

Normal: Normal ranges of vitb12 =200-600pg/ml. . Therefore you don't need to supplement it. However, taking extra B12 does no harm as the body excretes what is not needed.
