Linx device is a procedure done for reducing symptoms of GERD by tightening lower esophageal junction by magnetic pieces around this area. It relaxes during eating. It should not cause may side effects but if you are feeling short or breath, you should keep your head 30 degrees above all the time. Speak to your surgeon. Hope it helps.
