Confusing post. Taking an antibiotic will have NOTHING to do with your bodies response to the vaccine. It will provide the same response if you take it or not. It is not clear why you were given an antibiotic. I don't treat blood counts, I treat illnesses & you have not provided an explanation of why the count was taken/

You appear to be under treatment for an infection. If you have respiratory symptoms, please consider a COVID 19 screening test even though you have had the COVID 19 vaccine ( one or two doses?). If your physician prescribed the medication, there is no reason to delay the antibiotic. If you have additional questions, please follow up with your PCP or online during a virtual visit with HTMG.

Antibiotics treat bacterial infections. I assume the jab you got was for Coronavirus-19. Antibiotics have no effect for treating or preventing viruses. One thing literally has nothing todo with the other. However, check in with whoever prescribed the antibiotic to make sure it's doing its job. And know that antibiotics control, but do not cure, dental infections. They require hands-on treatment.
