Different Coverage: Penicillin antibiotics is a big group that include natural penicillins, amido-penicillins, oxacillin group and semi-synthetic PCN. Each has different spectrum of bacterial coverage. Some cover Gram positives more than gram negatives, and some have anearobic coverage.
