Probably: Yes fish oil will probably help. But before fish oil i'll recommend exercise first. It will lower LDL (bad cholesterol) even more, lower triglycerides and increase hdl. Also will improve your general health and well being.

Congratulations : You've made great progress! fish oil likely beneficial but won't impact LDL much but yours is perfect!

Relax: Friend you are a divine creation not a machine -- be happy and grateful of your health then help others around you -- by the way fish oil benefit you more than raising HDL and you may not need to take Lipitor (atorvastatin) unless you have a high risk coronary heart disease profile -- discuss it with your doctor.
