I had a chin implant done a couple days ago. in my sleep i found myself slouching and since i was instructed to sleep upright i would move myself upwards and feel a sort of strain in my neck/chin area. would this have cause the implant to shift?

The only way to be sure is to go back to your Surgeon and have this checked. It's better to be sure.
