I think so: It's possible that this occurred, but the symptoms shouldn't be long lasting as opposed to neck symptoms brought on by injury, strain or actual bone or disc pathology. I recommend warm,moist applications and, if you can take them, anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Aleve. See your MD as needed.
