I had a total hysterectomy on june 25th, and after my surgery i had no bleeding. this weekend i started bleeding heavy and passing clots the size of my hand is this normal?

No. You should go to the nearest hospital emergency room as bleeding with clots, after hysterectomy, warrants, immediate evaluation. Wish you good health!
