If ICH is due to venous stenosis, venoplasty and stenting can be be done but high risk for restenosis and clotting, respectively. In my specialty when dealing with the venous stenosis of the arm or chest veins of the dialysis patients, venoplasty and stenting have been done but the long term result is poor due to restenosis and clotting.
