What do you think of venous sinus stenting for intracranial hypertension? pressure gradients very high bilaterally, more so on left. so offered left venous sinus stent. told it's relatively new, good results?

If ICH is due to venous stenosis, venoplasty and stenting can be be done but high risk for restenosis and clotting, respectively. In my specialty when dealing with the venous stenosis of the arm or chest veins of the dialysis patients, venoplasty and stenting have been done but the long term result is poor due to restenosis and clotting.

There can be complications as mentioned and would get a few neurosurgery opinions. Perhaps at least one from a medical school
