A member asked:

Why, after 10+ years of intracranial hypertension extreme headpain. have my headaches now vanished? my lps are still in 30s, dizzy, pressure sensation, papilodema bad, pulsatile tinnitus, etc. but 0 pain? thank you?

Since your LP pressure is still elevated and you experience many symptoms, I'm unclear as to why you no longer get headaches. I assume you have built up tolerance for the chronic elevated intracranial pressures for these many years. Your neurosurgeon can answer your question best. It's disappointing that you still experience so many uncomfortable symptoms. Have corticosteroids been tried?
